Ladies Class
We are enrolling for our Ladies class. These non-contact classes are a great way to improve your self-confidence, fitness, muscle tone & help with weight loss while learning practical self-defence & personal safety.
Personal Martial Arts Class
If you lead a busy lifestyle and our class options do not suit you why not avail of our personal martial arts classes where you can enjoy one to one instruction with an instructor. These programmes are tailored to give you the full benefit of our teaching at a time that suits you.
